Curl Artisan Development Program

The Curl Center Artisan Development Program is an opportunity for Hair Professionals to learn one-on-one and build the skills needed to understand and work with the natural movement in hair. This will allow them to work confidently with curls, coils, waves, and all hair. The Curl Center Artisan Development Program Participants learn how to read the hair in front of them and understand the Hair Elements & Movements that are present. They learn how the Hair Elements & Movements inform: their interactions with the hair and the cut; what products and services are needed; the guest’s hair routines and goals; and how to hear, communicate, and guide their guests. This program will help Hair Professionals go from forcing hair to working with what the hair naturally wants to do. We remove the fight and struggle and set people up to encourage and enjoy their hair.
